The lineup for the 38th annual MusicFest Canada which will be hosted at the National Arts Centre in the heart of downtown Ottawa from May 17-22, 2010 is now out!
Highlights include Christine Jenson Jazz Orchestra, The Central Band of Canadian Forces and educoncerts with Capital BrassWorks, Yamaha Custom Z Combo, McGirll Faculty Student Ensemble, and Humber Faculty Quartet.

2010 is the 58th anniversary of the Canadian Tulip Festival. 300 000 tulips shape and illumintae Commissioner's Park. Performers will grace the park and it's grounds providing visitors with music and entertainment. For the full guide to the festival be sure to visit TulipFestival.ca.
The festival runs from May 7th to the 24th in Ottawa, Ontario
The Tulip Festival preservces the local heritage of Canada's roles in freeing the Dutch people during the Second World War. The tulips are a gift to the City of Ottawa for providing a safe harbour for the Dutch Royal Family at that time. Read more.
